Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Klarivie is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we work with reliable courier partners, Klarivie is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you accordingly.
