At Klarivie, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once the product has been opened or used.

If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

- Items returned without original packaging
